Rem 700 bolt sleeve

I just read Tim's post about reaming a Remington 700 action and then sleeving the bolt for a minimum clearance. Once agian it turned into a factory vs. custom discussion. I was actually hoping to get some opinions on exactly what difference, ie. increase in accuracy potential, you might see from a trued action that has had the bolt sleeved vs. not sleeved, just trued.

Or to put it another way, what difference would likely show on the targets for, say, a Stiller Viper action with true BR dimensions agianst a Stiller TAC 30 with field clearance dimensions on the bolt?

Thanks for your opinions, DC

JMHO-----You know those errant shots we tend to call "fliers".......those tighter toleranced actions would go a long way in preventing them.....providing you have a decent aftermarket bbl...and proven scope.
