Recommendation for re-barrel?

I have a fake Winchester 52B Sporter (one of the Japanese ones.) I'm not one to throw good money after bad, but this has a little value beyond being a mediocre rifle - before he died, I talked Karl Kenyon in to doing his famous trigger work on it. He ran a slug through the barrel and told me it would never shoot, but like an idiot I declined his offer to rebarrel. He was right, of course, I've tried everything and the barrel is junk for sure. He did say the action was reasonably true.

The trigger, to me, is priceless though, so I'm looking to get it rebarreled with something that will be up to the quality of the trigger.

Any thoughts on how I could find someone to do it, and how much it might cost? Probably get a bedding job at the same time. Thanks for any comments.
