Recommendation for a rifle rest.

Good afternoon everyone. I am a new member to this site and this is my first post.
I would like to start shooting some informal benchrest in rimfire, eventually centerfire. I don't know if I will ever shoot competitively, right now it's just for fun.
Since I don't how good I am or could become, I'm looking for a recommendation on an inexpensive rifle rest (bags, front rest only, an all in one system, etc...).

I tried using the search feature, but I was unable to find anything.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

i've found inexpensive can become expensive real fast.....if you get the rimfire bug, i upgraded and upgraded time and time again only to lose money each time....if your looking for a one piece outfit lay out a little more cash
and find a pappas one peice or other good ones..check the classified section
here, or killough shooting sports.....

If you are going to eventually shoot CF also, I'd suggest sticking to a conventional front rest and bag set up. Other than the unlimited matches, I don't think a one piece rest is legal in any short range CF BR games. A good conventional front sandbag rest like a Sinclair, Hart, Bald Eagle, etc. with a rear bag will be legal in any RF or CF match.
