can anyone reccomend a chambering for me?

I am reloading. lapua brass plan to shoot 175 grain matchkings, and some 155 grain scenar's.

would like to beable to kiss the lands if need be, but beable to back off of course a little as need be.

help/opinions/reccomendations apreciated!

I think the Obermeyer was designed with the Sierra 175 in mind, but the body tolerance is a touch looser somewhere than the Palma. The 95 Palma works great with 155's but 175's may be back in the case a bit. The Bisley 150 rule is similar in case shape to the Palma but throated a bit longer, I think so it will work better with the 175. Best thing to do would be contact the reamer maker you want to use and get the prints and ask his or your gunsmith's opinion. Any of them would probably work well. All this is off memory so don't take it as gospel.

I use the 95 Palma in my Palma rifle and it shoots great with sierra 155's.

My .308 Reamers are as follows;

.308 Bisley if you want to shoot factory ammo

.308 Win Match, .114" Free Bore, .338" neck. This is for Lapua Brass that has had the neck cleaned up to .336" loaded and 175 SMK's at 2.800"

Dave Kiff at PTG has drawings for everything you could imagine. Might be worth a call to pick his brain.
