rear rifle rests

i have seen several rear rifle rests that look like front ones?
can anyone help on this and where i might find them?
like an fool forgot to jot down their websites.

that is the exact rest i was looking for and the only one i can remember
seeing.

anyone else know of any other rear rests out there?
 
Rear Rest by Dick Miller
