Rear Rest

KC Young is the only person I know that use to make them. Maybe he still does. I would put an ad in the classfieds, alot of the people who shot BR-50 still have them laying around.

I just used a Ritchie? rest for the first time today. I have serial number 005). Does not track as well as the Pappas one piece with the rifles I tried, but the Pappas would be very hard to duplicate. It will work far better than a bag for those disciplines I shoot that require a two piece rest. Coupled with my Fulghum front it does the job. I locked he rear adjustments because the Fulghum is so smooth and easy to use. Perhaps an adjustable rear is overkill but I find I like it. bob finger

Paul Horton made supposedly about 6 of them that looked like this.

I sold the one I had.

Found it

This is mine that I just cleaned up.
It's actually a Modified Richie Rest. Maybe the only one in existence.

Many disciplines that require a two piece set up specify a sand bag for rear rest.

I still have one I don't use anymore.

Hello Fred J,
I just across this old thread regarding your K. C. Young adjustable back rest. Do you still have it and would you like to sell it? Please advise.
Thanks,
