Re-Camber .22lr

I check my Mauser chamber and I discover that is not a Match chamber...bigger than my Winchester 52..
Maybe this could be one of the reasons of inaccuracy...Is it possible to re-chamber with a .22lr Match Reamer...and if yes..how?

In order to re chamber that barrel will require cutting the old chamber off, setting the barrel back, chambering and refitting the barrel to the action.

Sporting chamber so anything will extract, a lot like the chambers on most of the semi autos.
