RCBS Chargemaster error code

I fired up my RCBS Chargemaster last night and instead of stepping through the numbers on the display, as it usually does, it displayed "02009" instead. Then it would not do anything else. I tried powering it down and back up several times but nothing changed. Has anyone else run into this? Is there some magic key sequence to clear this problem? I've had this unit for 3 or 4 years and never had a problem with it before. :confused:
 
I've read some complaints about that before but none of them offered a solution.
Why not give RCBS a call:
Call RCBS Customer Service at
1-800-533-5000
and lay that one on them directly.:confused:

I did that this morning. Their recording said they are open Monday through Thursday, closed today. I was hoping to get this resolved so I could do some reloading. I still have my small RCBS digital scale and my Lyman 55 powder measure. So with those two and the trickler I'll have to do it the old-fashioned way. We sure do get spoiled with technology don't we! :D
