It was a Jeff Miller kind of weekend, He opened up with a 248, and followed with a 248 and finished with a 249 for a 4 point lead and the 3 gun yards title. He came back Sunday with a 248 again in the 7 1/2 lb. gun and when the wind really went crazy he drove it home with a 246 and a 244 for his first national title. Congratulations to Jeff for a job well done. If Durham is not the toughest range on the east coast I dont know which one it can be. With the caliber of talent on hand and only 2 250's shot , well thats enough said. Thanks to Tom Flowers, match director, Ken Fulghum ,computer work and Phil Dorman for everything he does to facilitate a smooth match. More results when I get the rundown from Ken. It was Miller Time in Durham.
