Palmetto Gun Club in Summerville, SC will host the RBA Combo Nationals on October 18 & 19, 2008. Saturday will consist of 5 targets (sporter, 10.5, and 3 unlimited) at yards. Sunday will the meters competition, also 5 targets. Entry fee for all 10 targets is $125. If only shooting the 3 gun or unlimited portions, the entry fee is $65.

Also, the RBA will be holding it's raffle on October 18, in conjunction with the nationals. Tickets are still available. Prizes include: Fulghum rest,
case of Eley ammo, Ivy cleaning rod, Shilen Barrel, 1/2 off Broughton Barrel, Edgewood rear bag, Pappas rest, and a Bullzeye 4X scope booster.

Gas is under 3.00 a gallon and Malcolm has some nice trophies for shooters willing to visit Charleston to shoot the RBA Nationals. I'm sorry I will miss the match due to a home rifle team match against TCU. Have a great weekend.

PS: We now have 16 electronic targets at the school range and they work VERY well for testing ammo and tuner settings. You can print out group sizes and graphics of your test lots or settings and see the difference!
