I am looking to see if I can find a finger adjustable rear target sight that has 1mil adjustments or 1mm at 100 meters. I would like it to have positive clicks.

So far I can only find 1/4moa adjustments.
 
American made 1/8 minute click sights such as Warner or Mk 2 redfield internationals might work or any of the current or recent production anschutz sights will work. They are 6 to 8 clicks to the scoring ring.
 
That's awful fine for an iron sight. If I recall correctly, my Anschutz prone sights went 5mm at 100 metres & I recall most of the aftermarket stuff was no finer. I'm guessing that you'll fine no better than 2.5 mm.
 
1cm at 100m is what I would like. What model would have this adjustment and be mountable on a Remington 700 or other bolt action rifles.
