I have been wanting to post all week but got busy, fell asleep etc. Now the day is here. I'm fixin' to get into rimfire br. Gonna go to a show today and trade for a Suhl 150. I have a 52 fixed Ackerman boosted Sightron. Is it too much power for outdoors 50 yds in summer,mirage being the consideration. If it is,I would like to take to the show and trade it today. Advice, please!

IMO, It's more than you need but it would work. I'd take it to the show and if you can make a "good" deal, I'd let it go and if you can't, I'd keep it. Depth of field shows mirage more than high mag. Usually, when you boost one, the depth of field get's very shallow so mirage is not much of a problem.
