Question about David Tubb Final finish

Guys,
Need some claification. I am purchasing the tubb final finish bullets in 308 for a factory rifle to see if it will improve before I go the rebarrel route. For my 220 swift, when purchasing the tubb system will the 223 be the correct size or is it somrthing else. Is there some OD size differences in 223 and other 22s.

If your purchasing loaded Final Finish ammo, obviously its specific to your chambering.

If your purchasing Final Finish bullets to load, Its simply caliber specific.
 
OK, forget all of the previous. I caused confusion.
Let me ask this question. Within the 22 family, are all of the bullets .224 OD?
