I've done a quick search but, I haven't found an answer.

I usually shoot semi-auto hi-power rifles, in .308 Win. (7.62 NATO) and .223 Rem. (5.56 NATO). I use a lot of once fired military brass that has the problem of a crimped in primer. Yes, a non-crimped brass case from a major mfn would be better but, let's forget about the commercial cases.
So, What if.........all of the usual BR style case prep steps were done exactly alike, the ONLY DIFFERENCE being the method used to remove the military crimp. For accuracy at long range (600 yds.).........which method would be BETTER for the treatment of a military crimp?
Can anyone direct me to a published article OR just give me your .02 on the subject (or even for tests done at a closer range)?
Aloha, Mark
