Practice range 50 yd. or meters

I am building a new practice range at my house.
I will primarily be shooting IR 50-50.
Should I make the range 50 yd. or 50 meters long??

I would make it fifty meters, that allows you to shoot fifty yards just by adding anextra set of target uprights.
If you use pipe for your target stand, get the next size larger to put in the ground, one set at fifty the next at fifty meters and you have two ranges in one.

50 meters appaers to give a lot of shooters a hard time, when they only practice at 50 yards. More practice at meters will pay off at the matches.
