PPG Reamers

I bought a few used reamers at auction Monday one of them had the name PPG on it, was this a former name of Pacific Tool and Gauge?

I believe they used to be called "Pacific Precision", something.

If I recall it was "Pacific Precision Grinding" same company as today: Pacific Tool And Gauge
