Does anyone shooting a Dasher have experience using Viht? Im starting to try to get the powders I want to try when this rifle is finished. Heres what Im thinkin.

Varget
RL15
Viht N140
and I saw on a hodgdon BLC-2 a 6ppc load so was thinking of that maybe. also what about Viht n540 could anyone with any experience with these or other powders for 105 to 107 gr bullets chime in please thanks in advance.

there is much info on the "dasher" at 6br.com...plenty of articles too, I'm sure your answer is waiting there already..

Powder

Hi Brandon, I shoot Varget, Shoots well and have never had to changed the load in 3 years, just seating depth. Curtis

Hovis, Thanks for the link. I've read that before but its standard br stuff mainly. I guess I should start with the max recomended BR loads and work my way up. I always hear the typical responses Varget and so forth but for some reason Ive had bad luck with varget in a few other calibers I have. I really want to try some Viht but Im not sure wich to start with so if anyone has personal experience with a load it sure would help. Thanks to everyone who responded.

If you look at match results you will see that Richard Schatz kicks a lot of butt with RE15. Myself I would go with Varget or H4350, BL-C2 burns very dirty.

Super Mod its nice to hear Hogodon helped out, it be great if more wealthy businesses did just a little to help promote the future of the sport. Thanks to Lynn and everyone else for the info. This Dasher thing is new to me so its not like I can grab a reloading manual and know where to start. Im just tryin to narrow things down so I dont end up with 10 different powders im not gonna use. So thanks again guys.
