after i tried every internet seller...i called every gun shop listed in our 2 county phone book & here's what i got: 8lbs of varget for $ 180..1 lb each of h 322 & h4995 for $ 27.50 ea.. 1000 wlr primers for $ 37.. 1000 cci 450 for $ 43..500 federal 205m for $19 .. and a 120 mi round trip ride ..the price of shooting just went up.

People are paying 100.00 to 130.00 for a thousand primers, plus shipping!
I am glad I stocked up a long time ago.

I think, the price of shooting, went up about 3 yrs ago.
China and India were to blame first. Copper, lead, tin......Before that steel. Good US Steel.
It takes a lot to build an aircraft carrier. China wants a "Blue Water Navy".

the prices of metals have come way down( another bubble )..the last bag of shot i got ( wholesale thru club ) was $24..what i witnessed yesterday was good old American greed or " never let a crisis go unexploited ". i just saw where prices are going

right now it depends on where you live re; prices. Give Powder Valley a try, they say they have not heard of a price increase.
