Powder Lot Number

Will someone tell me what lot number I have on this 133, I have seen before how to read this but could not find it through a search.

I am looking at 4 2lb bottles right now and the only thing that comes close to your numbers are simply the bar code! The Label on the front of my container indicating the lot # is 324/99 underneath that is 00171 and under that is 281099 which would indicate a manufacture date Oct,28 1999. the only thing I look at is the 324/99.
