Powder load re altitude

I am tuning my loads at about 200 ft above sea level and will go to a match at 4100 ft. Temperature and humidity will be the same. My reckoning is that I should lower the powder load to keep within the same velocity range.
I am looking forward to your comments, whether I am right or wrong.
6 PPC and V 133 with fed 205 MG.

I Don't know what the rule is but a couple of years ago I had the same problem and I wound up having to increase the powder charge.The powder was 133 and the rifle was a 6 PPC.
