STEVE JAYNES LED THE WAY AT ROCKY ROAD SHOOTING A 6BR IN SOME TOUGH CONDITIONS TODAY SETTING A POTENTIONAL NEW RECORD SCORE OF 508, BEATING JIM CAMPBELLS SCORE OF 507 SET AT WILMORE LAST MONTH.
DANNY HENSLEY HAD THE REM. 700 FACT. GUN ON FIRE WITH A NEW HIGH SCORE AT 100 YDS OF 256AND A GRAND AGG. SCORE OF 496 BOTH POTENTIONAL RECORDS.

sorry but with a new game..i would expect records to be set for a while...
i did notice you levet out what cartridge set these impressive new records in your level playing field....

Good shooting guys. We can't have a 6mm holding records in score shooting, can we? The 30 cal. shooters are going to have to work a little harder to keep them 6's out of the winners circle. If I ever get to shoot with you guys, I will be shooting a 30, win,lose or draw. There will be a UBR match in Gallatin TN tomorrow, be interesting to see how that one plays out.
 
Well it is a new game and I am sure records will continue to fall at a rapid pace as more shooters get involved but I don't see any reason to try and degrade the accomplishments of the shooters.

I believe it says he was shooting a 6BR.

good shooting Steve and Danny. This is what makes this fun is having the opportunity to set records. And being able to compete on a level playing field is nice for us who get tired of being kicked by the thirty's. Looks like Danny's factory gun is smoking.
