Portable Charge Master Design

Last year I saw some very cool enclosures for Charge Masters. I am now ready to make my Charge Master portable. Please send me pictures of your enclosures and methods of powering the unit. Also tell me what you would do differently if starting from scratch that would improve your design. With all of the talent available on this site I see no reason to try and reinvent the wheel.

ChargeMaster Mods

I use an 8 D cell battery pack that plugs directly into the CM with a plug from Radio Shack. It will last a year of range use. I cut one lower hinge point off on one side depending if you want the door to open left or right. Put some small weather strip foam from Home Depot on all of the gaps and cut some clearance in it where it goes over the dispensing tube. Use some used dryer sheets on the door and scale surfaces to control static and don't use it on a plastic table top. You can reprogram the unit to speed it up and kill the beeps. I use 2 for speed and redundancy.
