POI windage from bullet to bullet?

I load for 308 Winchester and have been for nearly a decade now. I typically shoot 150s to 180s. I have never experienced any significant changes in POI from one bullet to the next except in elevation. Recently I loaded some 125s and without checking it on paper thus far, the POI is about 4 inches off at 100 with these loads...I have to hold that much to hit my 8" plate at 100. Any thoughts or definite answers?
