Played a trick on the wife (yes airgun related)

I had to frame my 250 target from the worlds. I thought it would look good on the living room wall. While my wife was out shopping I took her favorite photo off the wall,

and replaced it with the target,

I thought it would take her a day to notice the change, oh no. As soon as she was up the stairs the yelling started. Oh well, I guess I'll have to find a place in my basement hideout to hang it.

That target is way too important , lose the wife. shoot more often. You may never shoot another 250 at a World comp. and you can get married again before the sun goes down tomorrow.
 
I think it looks good there Dan. Maybe a smaller frame would have been less obtrusive?

It was your wife's AA EV-2 that you used!

You bought the AA EV-2 for her to shoot FT with. Telling her it was her gun might change her mind?

The only change I'd make is I'd hang the gun right under it kind of to dress it up a bit. And, as Craig said, you only go around once in this life, and you've accomplished something that may never be duplicated at a World level event again, or at least not before the next really Big Show in 2 years in CZE, especially where you did it when using a 12fpe gun!

Just go for it!

Yeah she keeps reminding me that it is supposed to be her gun. She hasn't even tried the gun yet.

KEEP the wife! Get her on the range with you ASAP!

Wouldn't it be cool if she could win the next worlds with that same gun... you were just getting it warmed up for her:) Your family could go one, two, three.. question is.. would it be your son or your wife who matches your 250 first... then see where it gets mounted:)

Right now the GCP(Giant Crystal Pellet) is hiding in the office with the rest of my trophies. I'm going to dress up the crate it came in to showcase the burned in CZ markings and then I have permission to display it in the living room. The trick is to make the display sturdy enough to keep it safe from two large dogs who like to romp around the house knocking stuff over!

And I'll second Wayne's suggestion for Dan!
