Our first match of the season went off without too much of a hitch other than for that typical Pinnacle Mountain breeze which this time was blowing at between 10 and 20 MPH. The day started out a bit cool, but by match-time had warmed into the high 50’s to low 60's under a bright and sunny sky. And the Black Flies were as expected being relentless, and endless, and not seeming to mind the taste of bug spray one bit. They were all well fed by days end, that’s for sure.

Dan Brown 226-4X Note: Dan was using his 26 year old Sharp Ace (Sheridan) which required 8 pumps per shot on both this target and the last target, so go figure just how active he must have been while trying to get those 25 shots for record off in the allotted 20 minutes. By the way, that figures to 200 pumps per target. Pretty good Cardio work-out, that’s for sure. He is to be congratulated!
