Our club match was held today at Piney Hill, Luray, VA. We had 21 or 22 shooter can’t remember exactly but all of them beat me that I do remember. In the 3 gun match there were 20, 250’s shot and 2, 750’s. In the Unlimited Match there were 27, 250’s and 6, 750’s. There were 2, 1500’s shot today Tony Harper shot 1500 with 102x and Bill Hinegardner was on top with a 1500 with 121x. Congratulations to all of these guys who shot these terrific score’s . I don’t remember this many 750’s in one match. They try to out think the ghost of chickens past and present and today they were successful. It isn’t easy if it was I could probably do it but then again probably not.
Just an observation from the scores but maybe that feller who has giggled and poked fun at TB and those “CNC chambered Turbo’s” that Bill is putting together might want to rethink that thought. I don’t see a lot of humor in getting beat by both of them again! From the looks of these scores advancing accuracy is in high gear. Not a card won with less than 20x’s and sometimes 20x’s was only good enough for 3rd place. Pretty soon it will be who shot the 250 25x in the shortest amount of time I guess!

I don't get it....all them 250's and 750's.....?????

All them shooters that good ? all them guns that good ?

Are the targets too easy...???

Something not right....

Whats the point if everyone wins....
 
In IR50 each target has a "winner". Only 1 winner, not more than one. In some IR50 events there are also agg winners. Only 1 tho, not everyone. I suggest you read the rule book then you will know how winners are determined. At Piney Hill club matches we reccognize the top three scores in each gun/card. A 250 shot gets a 250 pin no matter where you place. In this case the 1500's get bragging rights only as there is no IR50 recognition of combined 3 gun and unlimited matches at the local level. Again, suggest you read the IR50 rule book. bob

I would like to answer a couple of your questions. I will assume that your questions are legit.

"All them shooters that good?" answer: Yes

"All them guns that good?" answer Yes

"Game too easy?" I think the only way to get an answer to that question is for you to study up on IR and give it a try. Then post your own answer to this question.

I look forward to welcoming you to IR 50-50.(I am assuming, from your questions, that you have never shot IR). It will be up to you as to how successful you will be, but I can assure you that it will be fun.
