Piney Hill remaining ARA schedule

For those of you who shoot ARA at Piney Hill here is our remaining schedule:

The remainder of the ARA indoor season at Piney Hill is cancelled. We will try again next indoor season. bob

This is a State match and the "desires" of ARA shooters or match directors should have no priority here.

If a IR 50/50 shooter wants to start practice after the Friday Sporter match and keep practicing into Friday evening there should be no reason why they can't. It's just that simple.

The desire to fit in a club ARA match shouldn't factor into it at all.

Maxx: If practice before a match is so important what are we doing to give shooters the opportunity to shoot practice before the Friday IR50 sporter matches that start at 9:00 AM? bob

Like most big matches some will be shooting the day before (Thursday). Some will be coming in the morning of the match. And like most big matches many will want to take the opportunity between days to practice or correct whatever was happening that day (Friday afternoon and evening). Many will also be practicing with their 10.5 pound rifles Friday afternoon since Friday is an all Sporter event.

Imagine sandwiching an IR5050 match at Rocky River on a Saturday afternoon between a Saturday and Sunday match. I can't imagine it being allowed.
