Phoenix 100 Unl results with info about two potential records

This is from an email from Lou Murdica. This morning, he shot two potential 100 yard records, a highly probable group, and an agg. that is close enough to that record to be submitted. The rail was the one that his granddaughter did so well with at the last match. The rest of the information is as follows: Shilen barrel, Berger 65gr. BT bullets, 28.8 gr. LT 32 powder, Kelbly action, March 10-60 scope. He told me that he had decided that he wanted to shoot his fifth group right in the center of the mothball, so he did some adjusting on the sighter, moved up to the record for his first shot, verified its placement, and then shot the others without looking until he had finished.

Maybe one thing missing here...the cartridge? Was this a standard PPC? I know Lou is a bit of an experimenter.

Thanks,
Jerry

Great shooting

Hey Lou........ GREAT PERFORANCE....!!!......
NOT ONLY A GOOD COMPETITOR BUT HAS ADDED MUCH TO THIS SITE...BOTH IN ANSWERING QUESTIONS...AND ASKING THEM.......
Not many of us would have had the intestinal fortitude to start cranking knobs during a match....... I`m hoping both records stand up..........
