Wilbur: I thought you had an address or credit card site I could use to get my bill paid up with you. they were two sales ads which ran for 30 days on center fire rifles for sale.

If you placed the ads in December it was Wilbur's treat. He had free classifieds to everybody that month. Otherwise you should have got a billing email shortly after placing the ad with payment details.
