Password not working?

My screen name and password works fine on the general forum but when I click over to the "classifieds" section I am unable to log in even using the same screen name and password and can't post anything for sale.
Are they different for the classifieds or am I just glitching out?

Yes, for me they had to be different, why? who knows. Made it a Pain in the rear to not only go to the classifieds, but also to advertise there and check or change your ads as needed. If I can't get there to check or change my ad? How can people get there to buy what I have for sale? Good Question.

The forum and classifieds software are both standalone. One of the reasons I swapped to the current classifieds software was the promise that both would use the same user database. This turned out to be a false promise.

Bottom line is that you have to create an account for each.
