Hi
Has anyone had any contact recently, I have a reamer and a few other items on order and have sent several e-mails over the past week and haven't had a reply. I'm in Australia so ringing isn't a easy or cheap option.

Just recently it took me at least a half dozen phone calls over a one month period to get my reamer and bushings.
It was almost exactly 3 months from the time I ordered.
I think you are going to have to call.

I think it all depends on if the item is in stock. I ordered a part last Thursday, it shipped on Friday, & arrived on Tuesday. They are busy, though.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that.
My reamer was not in stock and had to be made.
Regardless, shipping dates that are quoted and then missed, and require another follow up phone call tend to upset me.
The quality is beyond reproach, so they are indeed busy.
