We are starting back up again next year, will be shooting at 25 and 50 yards. The 25 yrds target will be the regular AGBR targets and haven't decided what target to use for 50 yet. Jim and I are both using a different barrel profile for our 22 cal's and they are shooting outstanding at 50 yards. I forgot how much fun these rifles are to shoot.

I will guess around 2-1/2 hours, maybe closer depending on traffic.

Will let you know when we get it altogether and going.

Thanks Joe,

Doug Miller, a friend and ahooting club member of mine related his experiences shooting at your range, and this discussion was likley my main inspiration in starting up my own fifty yard benchrest setup. I am really looking forward to shooting at your fine range. I know you are a real champion, and lok forward to learning a bit up at your place.

Sorry for the late reply, thanks for the compliment and likewise. I dig the new USFT, and would love to see it up close and shoot one. You gents went the right way with your barrel choice. I don't know how the qualification works but I see on their website they have names that are posted for USA in different regions for the Worlds. You are more than welcome to shoot here if you gents need to qualify, just a thought. We have a great range and benches to shoot from. Doug is a good guy, always enjoyed his stories, and he helped us a lot.

Joe, thank you for your generous offer! I would love to visit the regional "Valhala of short range benchrest", and meet you in person. I've already read and heard of your fine accomplishments, and look forward to seeing your fabled array of front rests, among other things.
