We had 8 shooters for Saturdays Club Match and we welcomed 3 new shooters, Bill Rearick and his son Chris, and Don Archer. Chris is a junior shooter and competes in the San Diego area along with his dad Bill, Don made the trip from Santa Rosa where he competes at the cupertino range. It was a pleasure having them here to join us. Chris had a great 2 days of shooting and finished fourth both days.

Saturday night was a cool damp calm night, and Sundays tournament started off in fog, which finally cleared up. The wind started up by the second relay with gusts to 15 mph throughout the day with a lot of switch in the mix.

Keep 'em coming Joe. Those 2500 are just racking up on you, and to shoot one on your birthday? WOW! Definitely a HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

And Glenn, I'm glad I wasn't in your shoes! I mean, every time you got done shooting a great target your first question must have been: "Gee, I wonder how Joe did?" But, to win 4 High Targets goes to show just how great a shooter you really are. Congratulations!!!

And Chris, don't worry, your day is just around the corner.

Thanks Gentlemen, it was a nice weekend to celebrate with friends and new acquaintance's.

Paul, I do not post much anymore let alone our scores, but like to post when new shooters show up to give them credit hoping they will reply in some way.

Dave, Glen has come a long way, and I'm really proud of him for sticking with it. He has worked hard and will keep improving with time and patience. As far as rangemaster, I feel we all try our best, but sometimes that still isn't good enough for some.

Thanks Paul, Dave and Joe for the kind words. Open Grove has a pretty competitive group to shoot with. Joe has been very kind and patient to help me and the other shooters here. He also provides us with a great facility to shoot.
