Joe,Its good to see that Sweet Pea is back,Impressive aggs,You and a couple other fellows have made my day,Dennis Drake came close to winning the PSL match,But could not quite better Darrel Barnes,Who shot very well all weekend,If dennis would of won the event ,he would of won a new barrel completely installed on his action,This will continue at Kettelfoot to any shooters who wins the event, useing one of my built riflesBoth Dennis & Sam Saunders won one of the targets & both will get a 100.00 worth of my time for what ever they want to build,& i already have both of their new rifles in the works.Good shooting to both of you ,You all have worked very hard to get to this level of shooting ability. The competion at Piney Hill was the best of the best,It was a very smooth match & a lot of thanks goes out to all that made it possible,Thanks to all that made the event. BILL

Good to see you back in the drivers seat Joe, very impressive agg.

Man talk about aggs! Glad you're on the west coast.:) I see you were a little more consistant on Sunday. I think you are a good arguement for a handicap system. Nice shooting Joe, good to see you back on the line again.

Ken

Thanks Bill, and happy to make your day. I think it's wonderful that folks like yourself and many others who are contributing to the PSL and to the shooters in making Dan's dream a success. My hats off to all involved. It's going to get real interesting the next 3 shoots being they are outdoors and wish everyone who attends success. Congrats to Dennis for a consistent performance and Sam for a high target.

Charlie, Rob, Dale and Al Thanks, it's been awhile since I've sat down and competed and it was fun. (I guess it's always fun when the rifle is shooting good.) :)

Ken Thanks, It's getting a little tougher on me for our Saturday night shoots, these eyes start seeing some strange things down range at times.

Thanks Again,
Joe

Hey Joe

Congratulations Joe!! Great shooting. Were you using the long or short Pappas Slider? At the PSL shoot I found that the long one worked better for me indoors on my 40x; yet outdoors the short one on my Myers Turbo works best. I don't know how or why they work but they sure seem to. See you in April and if you start shooting too good I'm going to cross-fire your target. Have a good day. Fred

Joe,
As always, outstanding shooting! Congratulations on some great scores. Amazing consistentcy! Best of luck this season, but I don't think you need it.

Fred, first off you did real good this past weekend. I'm using the short slider on the rifle, tested the long slider but feel the short one is better suited for my rifle. With the heavier profile of your barrel on the 40x I could see the long slider better suited, that's just my opinion.

The tuner is lighter with the slider vs the weights that were used previously and the rifle has been consistent from day to day which is all i can ask for.

I know you would never crossfire but if you ever feel the urge just make sure there dots. I wouldn't expect anything less from you and I wouldn't have to work so hard. See you next month and Thanks.

Thanks Kent, a little luck is always good. :)

Joe

Joe,
Good to see the Open Grove match results and that fine agg you posted. Looks like you're getting some competition from the other guys. Won't be long before they'll be matching you target for target.

Best,
Michael

Thanks Michael and apologize for the late response. The guys are improving and hope they stick with it. It's just a matter of time and patience before they are there.

Thanks again,
Joe
