Older Leupold Value

Fellas,

I have an older VariX III in 6.5 x 20 that is in good shape.
I want to use this scope for target use.
Would I come out ahead selling it and replacing with decent target scope or should I send it in for turrets?

I would send that scope in for turrets!

Leupold scope's

Bob: Had my older 6.5-20x converted from the coin operated (hate 'em) adjustments to target knobs. Total cost was approx. $100 with a turn-around time of less than 2 weeks. Now one of my favorite scopes-- a keeper.

I contacted Leupold, they quoted $120 for both turrets. I love the fine duplex reticle in this scope...think I'm going to send it in.

You do that...you'll never regret it. Besides, it will add to the value if you ever decide to sell it in the future.
