Old redfield scope adjustments

I have an old 6x redfield widefield on a rifle and sighted it in today. I got the job done but I'm not sure what the markings on the adjusting turrets are.
It has 36 hash marks per a full turn. I'm just not sure if these are 1/4 moa or exactly what they are since it doesn't read like most modern scopes, anyone know for sure? I could say ,adjust it 4 marks and check but I just thought I would ask and see if anyone knew for sure.
TY for any input.

I have 3 Redfield widefields from the Seventies. One 3x-9x and two 2x-7x. They are 1/4 MOA clicks.

Few scope adjustments are exactly what they are said to be and that tends to vary at the extremes. The bezel "hash" marks are generally supposed to be 1 moa but don't count on the the "clicks" being anything for certain, just adjust until it zeros.

I too...have one from that time period. They are a classic and I would not part with mine. It's mounted on my FN .270 , Timney trigger. Great combination.
