old p/ms

how do you cancel old p/ms by selection i see the individual boxes but no way to take them out.

Bob,

If you haven't got it figured out yet, just select the box for the ones you want to delete; then, go down to the bottom of the window and select the action you want to do to them (Delete). It's the box right next to the "Go" box.
