Norm Lindly Passed

Steelhead1

With much sadness Norm Lindly, my friend and fellow Benchrest shooter has passed on. Norm was always a good competitor, and shot most of the local matches in Las Vegas and always went to both the Cactus and Super Shoot. The last couple of years his health kept him from attending. He participated in IR 50/50, Short Range BR, Hunter BR. In 2005 both Norm and I moved from Las Vegas, he chose to live in Roseburg Or. were he continued to shoot, mostly with a local club. He was a very competent person that both chambered and stocked rifles, and he was one of best at checkering I have ever met.
He passed away on march 14th, I spoke to his wife yesterday and she visited him early that morning and when she went back just after noon time he had passed on.

We are dimished by one.

Sorry to hear that Norm has passed

Condolences to his family and to those that shot with him. Norm was a good one indeed!
