Newbie.. Which gun?

I am new to the site and getting ready to purchase a 22lr target rifle. Need some advice to which to buy. Remington 40x, Kimber 82 govenment or a Marlin 2000L. Which will be the most accurate.

Really, Really depends on the intended use. If you can define that the suggestions here could save you money and grief.

With the info at hand I'm inclined to go along with Fred J. on the 40X.

It does get a little tiresome...but hey, nothing like the police to protect and serve!

I wrote that very thing but removed it before I pushed the button thinking that the question just may not be related to "Rimfire Benchrest". Let's not get off on such and hijack cmook1's question for now.
 
Limited to the three that you listed, the 40X allows for more growth potential in the future. JMHO
