NEWB match info?

Hey guys another newb needs your help, first things first i'm no newb when it comes to shooting or my firearms, my time has been spent at the reloading bench and in the field, but lately ive become currious about trying some long range match type stuff, i have a new 6mm AI in the works, but would like to know the rules & regs so i don't end up in the wrong class,
i live in kalispell MT and i used to belong to the deepcreek range when i lived in missoula, but haven't been back for years, any info on matches, dates ,times ,and rules & regs here in montana would be great, thanks for your time..

Most shooters will keep their guns just under 17 lbs. so they can shoot the Light Gun (LG) class as well as compete with the same gun in Heavy Gun (HG).

check out www.pa1000yard.com. the PA 1000 yd web site has a link for info, dates and rules for the 1000yd club in Missoula MT. ----the rules are now more liberal than IBS. Have fun...!
