"TESTED TEXAS TUFF"
Man
I'm not as young as I used to be, cause I used to like sitting out in the garage at my table turning brass. That was up till the end of 2007. My hands and fingers finally said Hey old Guy it's time to try something different so I went into the house and went to my private reading room and broke out the new Sinclair Holiday book. The wife finally yelled at me and said what the heck are you doing? I was so busy reading and making my list that my legs went numb. !!!!!.
Long story short I ordered the nice Sinclair motor driven case and or neck turner with all the goodies to go with it as needed.
Now I have more time for important things like turning more cases. Man let me tell you that is mighty nice and very well put together. My hands and fingers are so much happier. Now after turning cases it does not take my fingers 3 days for the cramps to come back out so I can pull the trigger and hold a fork so I can eat..
Bottom line Very nice piece of equipment for a ol guy like me....

Hey Doug-
Were you using a drill motor before to spin the cases or were you using just your hands and wrists to turn them?

case turner

Sinclair's is very nice, but a little expensive for my pocket so I built my own with DC motor with reduction box and double ended output shaft. put a chuck on each end so now I can polish cases and use inside neck brush in one operation. Not as elegant as Sinclair's but does the job for me.

If.......

If there wasn't a lathe sitting in the shop all set up with case neck turning tooling.......I'd probably be shooting NO TURN necks. Not a bad idea in and of itself...but then I'd have to set up and open up chambers with the neck reamer.

My hands and wrists were trashed 10 years ago.

It's hell getting old and worn out.
