Please be advised Mr David Halblom Sr. who provided IBS with the professional quality MP 3 files for score and Group shoots has outdone himself and procured for IBS a new set of general instructions incorporating the March 31, 2009 changes.
This file can be downloaded for a short time directly from the main page of the IBS webpage, and also of course will be permanently available from the downloads section.
IBS is forever indebted to david for these files he has provided us. All you match directors already using these files should obtain the updated file. And all you clubs not availing yourself of these files should really check them out. Since any club holding a match is already required to have a Public address system addition of a $25-35 MP 3 player will greatly simplify calling your matches.
