If you look in the equipment want adds on this site, you will notice one for a bag block/leveler. Dave has come out with another good idea. By combining a level with a bag block, one can not only keep one's front bag "in shape", but evaluate, and if necessary correct any tilt of the surface that contacts the bottom of the stock. I have always thought it amusing to see someone carefully leveling his rest, oblivious to the condition of the bag. Now we can have a tool to check the bag's alignment as well as keep its shape. You will have to furnish your own rubber band
Having written this, my next task is to uncase my rifle and apply some of his new bolt lube. I am sure that it will work as advertised, but I am curious to see just how much it slicks things up. Yes, this is a blatant commercial for a friend, on the other hand, I thought that telling you that these products exist might be a good thing, for all concerned.
