The sentence about " I agree to abide by any and all decisions made by the referees or range officers." Does this mean we are doing away with the formal written protest rule as stated in the rulebook section 7 of Tournament Procedures?

I have been caught up in this written protest rule before(as a referee). I assume the online rulebook has just not been changed yet?

Where are you seeing this on the membership form? what im looking at does not have that , that I can see.

It is in the January 2018 Precision Rifleman page 21. Says it was approved at the Annual Board meeting and is to be used on all Match Registration forms (like when you sign up at the match with your equipment list and such)
