New guy Question

Went to the range yesterday but having problem's with vertical stringing the width is coming together but Ican't seem to figure out whats causing it I'm trying to use the same hold every shot every shot. Any thought's or opinions Greatly Appreiated.
 
Is this a light rifle or a heavy? Does it have a tuner?

Stringing

Gun is Sako Quad torqued as evenly as possible do not have 1/4 Torque wrench as yet.
