New build Manners stock

Looking at getting the cz 455 trainer and having a Timney trigger and Lilja barrel installed. Would this set up be competitive out to 50-100 yards? Not sure on scope yet as I would like to kill varmints with this setup as well haha

I have a CZ 455 VPT with a Lilja barrel and a nice trigger. The CZ is my fun gun. I enjoy it a lot. I have maybe 2,000.00 dollars invested in it. I recently purchased a Anschutz 64 MPR and a late 61 model Winchester 52c heavy barrel and both of these rifles were more accurate off the bench than the CZ but not any more fun to shoot. The margin of difference in accuracy is large but it doesn't keep me from enjoying my CZ.
