New Berger 175 gr bullet test in xr-100

Loaded and shot the first five 175 gr Bergers today. Loaded them in new win brass, 44 gr Varget CCI primer.

Temperature was 28 degrees, wind was 10, gusting 15 across. Not a very good day to shoot, but, I was curious to see how these grouped.

Am loading a block of fifty to try the next few days, hopefully the wind wild calm down.

Xr-100

Very nice! I have a XR-100 in .223 that shoots Nosler 52 grain custom competition bullets very acurately as well. It is really a shame Rem has discontinued this rifle. Out of the box, most accurate factory rifle I have ever owned. Good trigger to!
