Neilson Pumpkin Neck Turner

While at the Cactus this spring I decided to buy a Neilson neck turner because I didn't have one. Just now getting around to use it. The instruction sheet that came with it discusses set up and adjustment clearly. However, I'm wondering how much this tool will handle in one pass. Can it do a .262 neck in one pass? It looks massive enough.

Thanks Butch. How do you spin your brass, lathe, mill, drill?

I put mine in a collett in the lathe.

One pass with a 118 rpm power turner works fine. Don't tell the brass you only made one pass, it won't know the difference............

Push the brass on fast and back out slow. Thats how I get the best results. Lee
