Need the right set of rings

I just switched scopes on my Anschutz Model 54 Silhouette rifle. I replaced the Leupold 24X scope with a 6-24X Bauch & Lomb. I'm using the same Weaver offset front rings that hold this long scope perfectly. The only problem is the limited amount of vertical adjustment with this particular scope. It doesn't allow enough vertical adjustment with these rings.

I really like the 1" offset that these Weaver rings provide, and this 6-24X B&L scope is what I want to use on this rifle. Does anyone know of another set of offset rings that will solve the problem on this particular rifle/scope combination? If so, where can I get them?

I'd get offset bases from Allen Hall and then buy a set of Burris Signature rings with the insert kit to correct the elevation issue.

I like the idea of forward offset bases to hold a long scope on the Anschutz. How can I contact Allen Hall? I'm not a rimfire shooter, and I've never heard of him. (Google didn't help much either.) And . . . are there any other options available?

I called Allen Hall, and he doesn't make an extended base that will work. The Burris Signature Zee Rings will work, but I need an "extended" base to position the large scope correctly, and they require Weaver type bases. This looks like a tough problem to resolve. Anyone have any idea how to mount this scope on this particular rifle?

Weaver

Check out the Weaver 402 base and the Leupold Rifleman 2 pc set # 55900
They extend our over the barrel.
