Need huge help with 22lr question

OK I have been looking around about what gun to get for bench rest shooting i would like to get a gun that i could build my self and get a new trigger action stock barrel tuner and all that stuff not sure what to go with it i was thinking rem 40x but not sure which to get yet what gun to get if u guys could help me pick one out that has a lot of option i was thinking rem 40x copper (anschutz i'm sure is it hard to get barrels and stuff for them??) will if u guys can help me with any of this and i was thinking about getting a fixed weaver 36 or a fixed leopold 40x not sure yet but thanks for all the help
